Good formula for the anabolic window.

I'm a big believer of nutrient timing and the anabolic window. Universal Torrent is packed full of high gi carbs and protein for quick absorption. It mixes easily, taste Okay, and leaves me 'full-ish' after my workout. No stomach bloat or bathroom problems easier. Was using NvieAR15 before switching over to Coalition, and Torrent has been a valid substitute.
